Important changes at CORESense!

To better serve our clients, we are making the following changes:

Customer Portal

CORESense has launched an online customer services portal to augment our existing techncial support services..

With the new portal, clients can get service on their own, 24 hours a day. They can enter and track cases or search the knowledge base for answers, all without picking up the phone. Later this year you will be able to interact with CORESense subject matter experts and other clients in our ideas and answers forums.

New CTO

Bill Laviolette has joined the company and will be responsible for leading the company’s development organization and driving their technology strategy.

Bill was most recently director of engineering for ChannelAdvisor. Prior to that, he was Chief Technology Officer and Vice President of Product Development for RichFx, which was acquired by ChannelAdvisor in 2010.
